We rely on some third party service providers to assist us in operating the Service. For instance, in order to allow you to make pre-payments to top-up an Account information related to financial transactions you undertake with us may be provided to our Payment Gateway Provider.

In accordance with the the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 you have rights in respect of the data we hold about you and you can exercise your rights by sending us a written request. Your rights include:

Requesting rectification of data collected about you if it is outdated, incorrect, or obsolete;

Requesting that all data collected about you be erased; and

Objecting to automated processing and decision-making that is likely to create an irreversible and continuous impact on you rights and freedoms.

In general, any formal request by to enforce your rights will be addressed within 21 days.
