This Privacy Policy relates to the Terms & Conditions for Pre-Paid Ad Inventory Services (the “Terms”) and the definitions set out in the Terms shall when used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning. When anyone (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) uses this website (the “Website”) and the service that enables pre-payments to top-up an Account (the “Service”), on your own behalf or on behalf of an entity, and provide personal information about yourself in doing so, you consent to Roar Representation Pte. Ltd (202200454C) and our Affiliates, including Roar AD X (Pvt) Ltd (PV267864) (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) collecting, using, storing and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right, in our discretion, to modify or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. We rely on some third party service providers to assist us in operating the Service. For instance, in order to allow you to make pre-payments to top-up an Account information related to financial transactions you undertake with us may be provided to our Payment Gateway Provider.

We strive to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to our sites, and we review and update our security measures in light of current technologies.  We take reasonable steps to prevent the personal information we hold about you from misuse, interference or loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Once we do receive your transmission, we will also make our best efforts to ensure its security on our systems. In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 you have rights in respect of the data we  hold about you and you can exercise your rights by sending us a written request. Your rights include:
Requesting us to provide you with the data held about you; 
Withdrawing of your prior consent to data collection; 
Requesting rectification of data collected about you if it is outdated, incorrect, or obsolete; 
Requesting that all data collected about you be erased; and 
Objecting to automated processing and decision-making that is likely to create an irreversible and continuous impact on you rights and freedoms.
In general, any formal request by to enforce your rights will be addressed within 21 days.
